This project was on my backlog for a while….

It's cute little bench PSU with main goal being powering some electronics projects, dev. MCU boards and other low voltage stuff. I had x1 DPS5005 laying around, but wanted at least x2 channel, made x3 channels - two DPS5005 and one fixed at 5V.

The unit size is ~ D100 x H90 x W180 mm.

3d printed parts:

  1. Main base part, x1. (Allow tree supports when printing)
  2. Bottom cover, x1.
  3. Feets, x4.

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Wiring is dead simple, PD Decoy -→ x3 DCDC Inputs. x3 DCDC Outputs to binding posts.
  2. Make the wiring longer as the PD Decoy PCB is mounted on the main base part and the DCDC 5V is mounted on the LID.
  3. Mounted the PD Decoy PCB with some hot glue.
