[Updated] A low-footprint stable desktop tape dispenser (ballast-fillable)

2025/10/21: Another improvement: the hollow body screw plugs were pretty terrible. These is now greatly improved in fit and reliability.

[Improvement:] Now the main body is hollow, with two screw plugs in the base, to allow for easier filling of the body with ballast. The original solid version is still provided with which you can use a sparse infill and pause the print near the top to add ballast before it's closed up.

This design is based on larger and heavier tape dispensers, but kept compact while remaining stable on the desk. so it doesn't fall over. Built-in cutting edge works well for common cellophane tapes, masking tapes, paper tapes, and light fabric tapes.
