YSIDO 7Pcs Hex Screwdriver Tools Case

This is a custom-designed, print-in-place case to neatly organize the common 7-piece screwdriver and nut wrench set used by RC hobbyists for cars, drones, helicopters, and FPV equipment.  I tried to use @Ittek_1490595 (Robert Bogusz) model for this, but for some reason it seemed to fuse the top and bottom along the hinge.  He is the real designer of this though!

Stop losing your drivers and keep your kit together! This case provides a snug fit for each tool, preventing them from rattling around. Its compact design makes it perfect for throwing into a field kit or keeping your workbench tidy.

Case Holds the Following Tools: This design is dimensioned for the popular tool set with ~8mm diameter handles and ~110mm total length. It has dedicated slots for:

• 1.5mm Hex Screwdriver
• 2.0mm Hex Screwdriver
• 2.5mm Hex Screwdriver
• 4.0mm Hex Nut Driver (Sleeve)
• 5.5mm Hex Nut Driver (Sleeve)
• 1 x Straight Screwdriver (Flathead)
• 1 x Cross Screwdriver (Phillips)

Print Recommendations:

Printer: Any standard FDM printer

Material: I recommend PETG for extra durability for the clip.  I reinforced it, but as a narrow horizontal print section it's always susceptible to layer breakage.  PLA works as well.  

Layer Height: 0.2mm for a good balance of speed and quality.

Infill: 15-20% is plenty strong.

Walls: 3 side and top walls provide sufficient support.

Supports: Designed to print without any supports.
