Quad fan bracket designed for an Asetek C6J 160mm (Dual 80mm) AIO without fan mounting.
There are a few quirks:
- Long fan screws are recommended to hold this all together.
- Long screws must not be fully set until the shroud is full installed on the radiator. (Screws fit just past the lip, holding the radiator and shroud together)
- Printed part is VERY THIN and brittle, be careful taking off supports as to not break it.
Printing Settings (On my BambuLab P1P):
- Generic PLA + standard settings (I use a low power 13600T processor (Generally in 25-35°C range even under load), if expected to run hotter, use ABS/ASA for higher temp resistance)
- For best results print at 0.08mm layer height
- Supports:
-
-
- Tree supports not recommended (Use full standard supports)
- Part is THIN, BE CAREFUL REMOVING SUPPORTS! Recommended to use angle snips to cut off supports.
Want to buy the AIO as well? I don't sell them, but you can get them REALLY cheap on Ebay. See link below, I will not be updating the link.

How I Designed This
Reasons
Moving into a bigger 4u case from a 2u case for my homelab prompted me to have to design this bracket, so I could mount the fans and AIO above the motherboard for exhaust.
