pumpkin head self balancing toy

designed this toy in fusion.

this is an old memory from a science toy i had in my childhood.

i designed this for folks that are not able to print multicolor.

i like to deal with engineering designs on everyday objects.

 this design is an engineering beauty featuring balancing, running, lock mechanism for the axis.

all the parts are printed in one plate. you can print it in small plates like 180x180mm

you can print many plates with various colors and combine the parts together with different colors.

ASSEMBLY INSTUCTIONS:

• place the character on the weight with the axis:

• Attach the weight with the holes. pay attention to push it all the way 
  so no gap is present between the final assembly.  This is critical otherwise the wheels may not spin freely:

• pass the axis through the first wheel. orientation doesn't matter. Then pass the character through the axis and finally pass the other wheel:

• Finally attach the clip to the axis to hold all them together. first insert it to the half of the slot and then just slide it until it locks.

• Last but most important step!
