The Daysaver Essential8 multitool is a pretty slick bit of kit! I didn't buy their Hug tool sleeve when I purchased the tool, but I quickly realized I did, in fact, want to cover the hard corners to reduce the risk that the tool abraded my tubes in my seat pack.
Here's a vase mode TPU boot! The same part works for either end of the tool. You should print 2 boots if you want to cover both bits.
I've attached a .3MF with my vase settings in Bambustudio. I've been printing these in BambuLab's “TPU for AMS”, which has a Shore hardness of 68D. I bet it would work in other flexible filaments as well, but you'd probably need to tune the stiffness of the print by varying wall thickness or nominal interference.
