I really like the Maxx showers doors. We have three showers set up as steam showers and they work great.
Over the years we have had three door bracket failures. Two failures were the 5/16-18 plastic screw. I created knurled screws in aluminum to replace these.
The latest failure was the bracket which this design remedies. The original part is metal. I was going to print a test piece but decided to just mill it and take my chances. (It fit great.)

This piece MIGHT work in ABS, nylon, or some other high strength filament, but I milled it.
If you print this you could add some thickness to increase strength.
Included F360 files have the setups for milling this in three setups.
