Edit: This was my very first design for 3D printing and I did not account for tolerances. The covers will be a bit tight if printed normal. I have added Top Cover Fix and Bottom Cover Fix which have a total clearance of .4mm. This should help if the original covers are too small. I have also added in conduit fixes as well if they are a bit tight when trying add them if printing separate.

Printing as a single piece without covers

You can also merge the original parts within Cura to form a larger single model as long as your printer is large enough. Drop raid top, raid bottom_v2, and all 8 conduits into Cura. Select all and right click > merge. This will arrange everything and allow you to print as a single item (Do not use the conduit fix files if you use this option). Then print the cover fix files rotating vertically to get the best resolution for the pokestop symbol on the front. Print the raid pass with supports since the lanyard attachment and conduits are not touching the build plate. The covers can be printed without support when printed vertically.

I would also suggest using the coin battery holder here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:48606 and just attaching a couple small LED's like I did here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3899446. Makes adding lights much easier.

Raid pass for Pokemon Go. Found a couple online that were a bit chunky and didn't look quite right. Put this together as my first project in Fusion 360.

Print, paint, glue.

I added a little pocket under the bottom cover so some simple LED's can be added for a glowing effect. I added hot glue to defuse the light. The cover acts as a switch with just some aluminum foil. When it is pulled away it breaks the connection.

I had to split the model into smaller parts cause my print size is limited to 120mm. You can use the merge option in Cura and merge multiple parts if you have a larger print bed. This will allow you to print the body of the pass whole. You can then print the top and bottom cover separate.

Supports:

No

Infill:

15%-20%

Notes:

The only part that needs support is Raid_Top.stl, the lanyard/ribbon loop at the top floats a bit off the build surface. Every other part can be printed without supports. Print the "Conduit" parts horizontally for better strength. The top and bottom covers should be printed vertically.
