The Walker and the Door

I’m a photographer, and I’ve begun experimenting with transforming real human photographs into tangible 3D forms. This particular piece is a blend of creativity and curiosity: I sculpted the figure based on an actual photo, then remixed the door element from another design, adjusting and scaling everything carefully to achieve the perfect fit and visual balance.

The final model was printed in PLA, and seeing a captured moment from real life emerge as a physical object feels almost magical. It’s a small fusion of art, memory, and technique — a reminder of how photography and 3D printing can come together to create something entirely new.
