I modeled this and printed it for a coworker. I don't know if it's accurate to the film.

Printing:
I printed it with PLA filament using 0.15mm layer lines, random seams to give the effect of lights, 15% support cubic infill and supports where the alignment holes will be. The alignment rods should have different print and infill settings as they don't need structural integrity or detail. PrusaSlicer says there is an error with the model but I can't seem to find it but it slices fine.

Assembly:
The two rods for alignment and assembly are modeled with a 0.25mm tolerance and have very basic topology if they need to be edited. I printed the pieces separately to avoid wasting filament on failures. Once everything is printed, insert the two alignment rods into the top or bottom and then put the other half on after applying glue. I applied glue (E6000) to the inside of the alignment holes and the area where the two halves meet. After that you can place the Death Star on it's stand, or don't.
