Silverware Divider

The main challenge for this project was designing a multi-part system with tight enough tolerances for the pieces to slot together semi-securely without glue. I also optimized the parts to be material-efficient, reducing print time and cost.

This is a bunch of parts. They slot together. Easy. 

I print the vertical pieces vertically but upside down, feel free to do otherwise. Use a big attached brim, adhesion is a decently big problem here. I can print it all in 4 prints with my 256x256mm bed. You probably should glue the pieces together but you don't technically have to, I haven't and I can still pick it up and move it around if I'm gentle.
