Renault Door Panel Clip Replacement

A 3D printable replacement for a common Renault door trim/panel clip.

This clip is frequently found across various Renault models for securing interior door cards and trim panels. If you've lost or broken one during maintenance, this printed version is a quick and cost-effective fix.

Key Dimensions:

Overall Width/Head Diameter: 15.2 mm

Overall Height/Stem Height: 10.2 mm (it fits the bottom of the door, but there is a 15 mm original clip height)

Print Settings Recommendation:

Material: PETG or ABS/ASA are highly recommended over PLA(for a test only) for car parts due to better heat resistance and flexibility, which is necessary for a functional clip. I used Spectrum RED PETG and had no cracks during installation.

Layer height: 0.18mm

Wall Loops: 5

Speed: 50mm

Everything else with a Standard bambustudio profile for 0.2mm print

Orientation: Set auto orientation
