Built in Tinkercad, I spaced out the hole placement based on the drawing, then just made the plate bigger, super basic. This is just reference in case anyone wants to use it, or test fit it for me. I don't have these light switches or any other way to verify the correct spacing.
Now to make it more interesting looking/cursed…
