Pacific ocean sunfish (Mola mola).
This is not a normal mola mola. This sculpt, in particular, is in honor of an especially overweight mola mola that was at the Monterey Bay Aquarium some 20 years ago: the story that I recall was that the aquarists didn't realize they'd been overfeeding it until they consulted a marine biologist who pretty much said, "That thing needs to go on a diet." So it went on a diet, then had to be airlifted to be released into the wild.

This was printed at 5cm from dorsal to caudal fin, but you're probably better off printing it at a slightly larger scale.
