Canon XF605 Screen Sun Hood

Description:
A simple and practical sun hood for the Canon XF605 camera screen — perfect for outdoor shooting when sunlight makes it hard to see the screen.

This 3D printed sun hood snaps directly onto the monitor frame and helps reduce glare and reflections without blocking access to the touchscreen.

Easy to install and remove — no screws, tape, or glue needed.

Print settings:
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Infill: 15%
Supports: Not required
Recommended material: PETG — flexible and durable enough for clipping onto the display
Alternative: ASA for better UV and heat resistance, but it can be more brittle
TPU: possible, but choose a stiffer type (shore 95A+) for best results

The example print was made with fuzzy skin enabled for a nicer look and reduced light reflections.
