Elgato Stream Deck + Audient Evo 4 custom mounting bracket

This is a custom mount I designed to combine the Audient Evo 4 audio interface and the Elgato Stream Deck into a single, ergonomic package that mounts directly to a desk made from 2040 aluminum extrusion.

Features

• Holds both the Evo 4 and Stream Deck together in one assembly.

Mounts to B-type 2040 extrusion (Nut 6) with M5 socket head cap bolts + T-nuts.

• 10 cm extrusion section acts as the structural backbone.
• Devices are mounted at a 25° angle for comfortable use.

Two bracket options for the lower mount:

• Straight version
• 19° angled version (tilts to the left)
• Can also be mounted on a wooden desk using screws.

Printing Recommendations

Print the interface and Stream Deck mount flat on their face.

Use supports — while it looks wasteful, this orientation ensures the layer lines are oriented properly, preventing the Stream Deck mount from snapping.

Standard PLA or PETG should work. Mine is printed in matte black PETG for a clean look

This design makes it easy to keep your desk clean, while ensuring quick access to both the Evo 4 and Stream Deck in a unified mount.
