I was missing a rail clip for my hanging folder rail, in my desk drawer. Instead of ordering one and waiting for shipping, I just printed my own. I used the second clip for reference dimensions, and had a new clip in less than 20 minutes.
I relieved draft angles (which were necessary for the original injection molding) since complexity is free in 3D printing, and set the print up to be support-less.
Print in the orientation of the CAD pictures, and no supports or rafts should be necessary.
