9mmplease's hotend holder for the Flashforge Adventurer is a neat design as it allows easy access to the most common sizes of hotends.
However I had issues printing the original hotend with my 0.6mm nozzle at a 0.3mm layer height. The top of the hotends simply didn't fit into the grooved/ribbed openings. So I expanded these openings to not require the hotend top to fit into the grooves.
I also wanted the flexibility of moving the holder anywhere on my printer, so added depressions for press-fitting 5mmx2mm rare earth magnets. There is room for 6 magnets in total as the weight of the hotends seems to require this many.
The author remixed this model.
Enlarged the top cutouts to fit the top of the hotend more easily.
Added 6 depressions for 5mmx2mm magnets on the back.
