This design solves the most common issues:

Perfect cleaning thanks to precisely matched dimensions.

Eliminates silicone tearing – no more risk of the silicone wiper disintegrating during operation.

Stability with a built-in lock – the implemented locking tooth prevents the wiper from falling out of its mount, even after extended use (a flaw in many other models). This significantly reduces the risk of printer damage!

Printing Tips:

Print at a layer height of 0.2 mm using a thermally resistant filament (e.g., PETG, ABS, ASA). I strongly advise against using PLA due to its low heat resistance.

Compatibility:

The wiper is compatible with half of the silicone insert from the Bambu Lab A1 Mini.
