Case for the load cell DIY morserino32. See load cell thread on the morserino groups for details.

Gerber for PCB attached.

BOM:

  • ESP32-S3 devkit-c1, the one with two USB-C ports. Mind the pin-out, there are some clones that have different pins. The solder bridge for the 5V pin needs to be closed on mine.
  • Adafruit TLV320DAC3100 board: https://www.adafruit.com/product/6309
  • Either a ST7789 display + extra EC11 style rotary encoder (like KY-040) + push button (or use Boot key on PCB), or a comined unit often sold as "ST7789 with EC11" and similar names, like: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256808580246292.html - I'm using the 2,4" display right now
  • PJ-307g5 style jack connector (optional, one for morse key input, one for keyer output)
  • TLP175A(TPL,E  plus SMD 0805 680ohms, SMD 0805 33Kohms, 0.01 uF 0805 (optional, for the radio keyer output)
  • CS1237 2x, plus load cells (optional, for load cell paddle, I'm using the 300g variant) - mind the pinout, there are multiple variants apparently: https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005007538007939.html https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005006534204470.html (300g variant)
