EDIT: Added new version with 100mm hole distance because forget to include.
Needed a jig to drill the most accurate possible my extrusions to build a proosa XY.
I don't like most of the jigs because are to weak or to loosy or are made to fit other extrusions, these jig are valid for V-slot, T-slot- I-slot, etc… Intended to use with a 5mm drill bit. But…. because we are using a 2GT 20T pulley with 5mm ID… if you can drill to 6mm you can use with 6mm drill bit or if you buy one with 3mm ID… for 3mm ID
You can use for standard 10mm distance for most of applications, but I included 40/60/80/100mm for proosaXY.

Theres two optional holes that doesn't appear on the docs. Thanks Dod_Kom !, to access bolt on X/Y motor tower.![]()
Because cant put 45mm mark with this design, designed a "jig" for the jig.

You need to print the holder to ensure the extrusion it's flat !
Check your printer calibration and filament calibration, every filament had shrinkage. Print a 100mm piece and measure when it's cool, put your measurements in filament XY compensation part.
The printed part needs to measure 110mm, if you don't make this your part eventually measure 108.5-109mm and the 80/60mm marks will be displaced 1-1.5mm.![]()

You need to push fit the pulley after you removed the top washer.
