Just a bowtie with fun shapes embossed on the surface. Use your slicer to see what layer to pause at so you can make the shapes a contrasting color to the main body.
There's a rectangular channel in the back so you can run a string through, but it's nearly impossible to clear supports out of, even with a section cutaway between the holes, so try it without supports if you want to use that. Otherwise, you can glue two zip tie heads or find other ways to attach a string fairly easily.
The photo shows it printed at ~65% scale, which came out to be 90mm or 3.5" at the longest dimension.
