Knurled metal file handle

Some wooden handles of my metal files had failed and I thought it would be fun to print new ones.

This design is 30 mm wide and 93 mm tall. It has an internal square and tapered cut-out for the file to slot into. It measures 5 x 5 mm at the entry, and 3 x 3 mm at 55 mm deep.

Used settings

• Printer: Ender 3v2
• Nozzle: 0.6 mm
• Layer height: 0.44 mm
• Infill: 30% Adaptive Cubic

Although, I would recommend using a smaller nozzle and a lower layer height for cleaner results.
