This is a remix of an outstanding design that would not work for me.  I needed the ability to run a larger diameter suppressor and TandemKross grips.

There is a pocket for 15mmx3mm magnets under the barrel, I do not remember if it was three or four.

I recommend tightening the tension screw further then you would expect.  Even with the magnets, it does not take a lot to bump loose the weapon.  I also placed a rubber washer under the nut to give it a bit more flex.

With the tension adjusted heavy, it is best to draw with a slight rocking motion.

Note the slicer will say there are non-manifold edges and wants to repair. If you do, it will remove the magnet pocket.

I printed the holster using :

  • .4mm nozzle,
  • .2 layer height
  • 6 walls/Bottom/Tops
  • 50% Honeycomb infill
  • No supports
  • 5mm Brim
  • Insert Pause at layer #89 to allow inserting the magnets.
  • PLA Pro

For the spacer I did use tree supports to help with the recessed nuts. If they are dialed up correctly, they will pop right out.

You will need 5mm button cap screws and nuts.

For the belt loop I used this from Amazon. $10 for two.  I may put a button on the spacer later to allow the user to open the device with it still on the belt.
