Brita SodaTrio Cap Twister

The high-quality stainless caps on the Brita SodaTrio bottles are merely decorative shrouds that are hot-glued onto an ugly translucent plastic cap and will come off after several months of use. This part replaces the shroud once the glue eventually loosens. I constructed this to be printed in hard TPU (Shore 58D) and to be held by friction on the inner cap.

Rigid filaments plus glue may work if all residual glue is removed from the inner cap first and the model is scaled up by about 1%-2%.
