This design is created to replace the Duwi or zwave.me zwave modules while being able to keep using your Everlux and/or Busch-Jeager Duro 2000 switchgear. This is done by placing two micro switches into the print and place them behind the original face plate.

Micro Switches:

The design is made for the following microswitches: OTOTEC 3 Pin Mini Micro Limit Switch 5A 125/250V Lever Type Micro Switch, KW11-3Z https://www.amazon.nl/dp/B0F9XYYSPZ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title Two of those are needed per print. You need to remove the Lever before placing the switch but this is easily done with some pliers.

Electrics:

WARNING: Only do this when you are familiar to soldering and working with mains! If not ask a professional!

Solder wires to the middle contacts of the microswitches (S1 and S2). Also bridge the common contact and connect a wire to the switch where the Sx hole resides. (best done with one wire that is stripped long enough to form the bridge) Cramp a wire ferrule on each of the wires after closing the lid.
(If your micro-module only has one input for the switch then you will need to bridge the middle contacts also. In that case print lid2. (In case of Fibaro, lid is for Dimmers and roller shutters where lid2 is for Single and Double Switches)

Fixing it to the face plate:

To fix the print to the original Duwi Face plate remove the original micro module and loosen the parker screw on the front. You can store the original screw in the "screw storage" compartment of the print. That way you won't lose it should you ever want to return to the original setup. Now use a 3.0x30mm parker to screw everything together. Do not forget to grind of the tip of the parker to prevent it from running trough the cap.

Once complete you can use the switch with any micro module that accomodates double switches. I myself use it with several Fibaro modules but Shelly for example should also just work fine.

Now you can use your Duwi Everlux and/or Duro 2000 switchgear for many years to come.

If you are going to use this model I would really like to read about your findings and see your end results, so please take the time to write down your findings and upload your pictures ;).
