The model is scalable, but I do not recommend reducing it too much, there could be errors in the wall thickness. Just enlarge it as you like.

My print settings(PLA): 0,16mm layers / 2walls / 10%gyroid / Automatic tree supports (28°) / Place the model on its back (PIC).
