Use this handy duster to blow the dust away! A little TPU and some skill and you can print one of these fun tools.
Use a TPU that is somewhere between 92A and 95A shore hardness. You can try others but you may need to experiment!
Please keep your layer height at 0.15mm or less to maximize the overlap on the bellows - that will help ensure you don't have holes.
My settings on my Prusa MK3S - you may need to tweak these based on your printer or brand of TPU:
Depending on your TPU, you might be able to print your first few layers in PETG and the remainder in TPU. That solid base will help prevent it caving in when squeezing it.
