Kryptonite Bike Lock Strap Replacement

This is a replacement strap I designed for my Kryptonite bike lock after the original rubber one broke. I replicated the geometry of the original, but the flexibility will depend on the filament and chosen thickness.

In the photos you’ll see three different test versions I printed—experimenting to get the balance right: stretchy enough to reach across, yet strong enough to hold the lock securely in place.

These were printed in Recreus Filaflex 82A on a Prusa XL with 100% infill.
