Foot massage roller – designed to relax the entire sole by stimulating key pressure points.

How it works:

Place it on the floor, roll your foot over the spiked surface, and enjoy a deep massage that promotes relaxation and overall wellness.

Comfort & Safety Notes:

Do not worry about the spikes – they are not sharp and will not hurt your feet. On the contrary, applying pressure to small points feels very pleasant. Tested and approved even by elderly users: at first it may feel like light tickling for a few seconds, but after rolling 2–3 times the foot relaxes deeply and relief is noticeable.

Print Instructions

Body:

• Print oriented on one of the side faces where the rollers attach – this avoids the need for supports.
• Recommended material: PLA.
• Walls: 2–3 perimeters with a 0.4 mm nozzle.
• Infill: 8% cubic is sufficient.

Roller (x2 – one for each side):

• Print two copies (one for each side of the body).
• Recommended material: TPU or PLA Flex – the flexible surface provides better grip on standard floors.
• Walls: 3 perimeters with a 0.4 mm nozzle.
• Infill: 15% cubic for strength, as rollers support all the pressure against the floor.
• For even better grip on slippery surfaces, enable Fuzzy Skin in your slicer settings.

Assembly / Notes

The rollers fit on each side of the body.

For extra durability, you may apply a small amount of glue to secure the rollers in place, ensuring the massager remains solid during use.
