E46 Coupe Midrange Mount/tweeter Cover

This mounting solution used the factory location with the factory screws to let you mount any tweeter component speaker with a screw mount that you desire. The hole is currently set to 40mm, but i have included the f3d file to allow you to make any changes.

This model comes as a 2 part system. The second part gets printed and slots around the 2 front pegs so that you can seal the door card off from the interior of the vehicle. After gluing on all the way, i used some weatherstripping that was 3/8"x5/16" to seal it off. Ive included a picture of how i applied the weatherstripping.

the model is for the passenger door, all you need to do is mirror it for the driver.
