Recommended Print Settings

🖨 FDM (PLA/ABS) Printing:

Layer Height: 0.12 – 0.16 mm (for high detail)

Infill: 15–20% (Gyroid or Grid recommended)

Nozzle Size: 0.4 mm (smaller nozzles, like 0.25 mm, give sharper details but longer print times)

Supports: Required (especially under the broomstick and hands)

Print Speed: 40–50 mm/s for best detail

Temperature (PLA): 200–210 °C nozzle, 65–70 °C bed

Orientation: Print upright on the base for stability

💎 Resin (SLA/DLP) Printing:

Layer Height: 0.03 – 0.05 mm for maximum detail

Supports: Light/Medium supports, especially under cape edges and broom

Exposure: Standard resin settings (check resin manufacturer’s guide)

Wash & Cure: IPA wash + UV cure for 3–5 mins

Result: Ultra-sharp details, smooth finish – perfect for painting

🎨 Post-Processing:

FDM: Sand lightly, then apply primer before painting.

Resin: Just prime and paint – details pop naturally.
