🗑 Filament Waste Container for Bambu Lab P1S

This is a custom waste container I designed specifically for my Bambu Lab P1S. I created this model because I wanted to protect the print chamber from unwanted airflow and drafts — especially since I plan to print with nylon (PA6), which is very sensitive to temperature fluctuations.

Unfortunately, the existing models I found online didn’t work well for me. In some of them, the waste filament would get stuck in the hole and not even fall out properly. I constantly had to shake it out by hand, which was annoying.

🟥 I spent several days thinking about how to design a solution that really works — and finally, I did it.

🖨 Print settings:

• No supports required
• 2 walls/perimeters
• 15% infill
• You’ll also need 15mm diameter × 3mm thick magnets to attach the container.

 Контейнер для відходів філаменту для Bambu Lab P1S

Це контейнер для відходів, який я розробив спеціально для мого принтера Bambu Lab P1S. Я створив цю модель, бо хотів уберегти друкуючу зону від сквозняків — особливо тому, що планую друкувати нейлоном (PA6), який дуже чутливий до перепадів температури.

На жаль, моделі, які я знайшов раніше, мені не підійшли. У деяких філамент застрягав у отворі для відходів і навіть не випадав самостійно. Мені доводилося щоразу витрушувати його вручну, і це дуже дратувало.

🟥 Я не один день продумував, як реалізувати цю ідею — і зрештою, мені це вдалося.

🖨 Налаштування друку:

• Без підтримок
• 2 стінки/обводи
• 15% заповнення
• Також вам знадобляться магніти діаметром 15 мм і товщиною 3 мм для кріплення контейнера.
