Printable RJM-01-08 replacement bearing for Lulzbot printers

This is a printable replacement for the RJM-01-08 slide bearings used in lulzbot mini printers. I've modified it with a helical inner pattern to increase the contact area and support that it provides so it'll be fairly durable when printed from suitable materials.

You will need to pay close attention to the horizontal expansion setting in your slicer as this needs to be printed very accurately to size if it's to work properly. You could print this in ABS and it would work but the service life would be rather short. I'd strongly recommend the use of the iGlide i150 or i190 filaments from Igus which are literally designed for this job and will last much longer than any conventional filaments. They're slightly harder to work with than standard ABS, but only slightly, most printers that can reach a suitable temperature (250C for i150 and 280C for i190) and which have a heated bed should be able to handle them.
