This system replaces the stock filament holder, delivering stability and convenience while eliminating vibration and making filament changes and dryer access effortless

Material

This has only been printed in PETG and TPU for the rollers. TPU (95A) is definitly the better option for smoother operations, but both versions work really well.

Features

 - The assembly is designed to sit securely on the side of the printer, fitting precisely into the base for active use.
 - It can be swapped out within seconds, allowing quick transitions and filament management.
 - Includes strengthening features in the rollers to make them a lot sturdier
 - When removed from the base, the roller functions independently as a portable unit.
 - The base snaps directly into the underside hole of the aluminum extrusions – no tools or additional assembly required.

Assembly Instructions

By design, all tolerances are pretty tight. It'll require some elbow grease (and probably the use of your own weight), but it makes for a very strong build! 

Press-fit bearings into the roller’s designated slots. For best results, align bearings and use firm, even pressure against a flat surface. Assemble the frame, then gently twist the rollers into position to complete installation.
