Wemos D1 Mini WLED case

Small case for a wemos d1 mini and a usb-c breakout board.

Small case for a wemos d1 mini and a usb-c breakout board. I use this case to make small and easy to build wled controllers. A 500uf capacitor also fits inside.

I designed the case for the following components:

• AZDelivery wemos d1 mini v3 (micro USB) or Wemos d1 mini v4 (usb-c)
• Penglin USB-C breakout
• 500uf capacitor

The d1 mini just snaps onto the pins. The USB-C breakout is secured with M2 screws and nuts. The cover also just snaps in place and has a hole to connect the led strip.

I also made a version you can attach to a vesa mount at the back of your tv or monitor to build ambient lights.

Printed it in PLA on a Bambulab A1. I printed the case with supports to get a good result for the USB-C opening.
