2020 To 2040 Hole Jig for Drilling

The jig allows you to accurately drill holes for M5 screws, enabling you to attach one 2040 extrusion to 2020 aluminum extrusions. 

The jig features: 

• Two guide holes for drilling perfectly aligned 5mm through-holes in the 2020 extrusion. 
• A third mounting hole that uses an M5 screw with a T-nut to secure the jig onto a 2020 aluminum extrusion while drilling, ensuring stability without clamps.
