Yamaha Grizzly ATV 4WD Switch Lever

This is a replacement switch lever for the Yamaha Grizzly ATV (and other models using the same handlebar switch). You cannot purchase just the lever, but the entire $100 switch. so I designed this replacement that fits perfectly. I removed the useless finger groove to make the tab thicker and stronger. Printed in American Filament PCTG with 0.12 layers, 4walls, 1mm shell thickness, 35%crosshatch. I printed real slow at 50mm/s for nice details and better layer adhesion. Model created with Onshape and sliced with Orca on a P1S.
