I original designed this for printing in ASA for longevity in a roof box with t-slot mounting. Then I printed it in TPU which fit a molle panel well but was a little too flexible in the heat with a side load.
So … here is my first multi-material print with TPU. ASA and TPU would have been a great mix for heat exposure, but TPU does not like the chamber temps ASA needs. So I printed TPU with PETG-CF for the inner body. It fits perfectly and has the rigidity I would expect of PETG-CF. Time will tell how it does with roofbox temperatures.
I'll upload the STLs and 3MFs as well. If you download the two-material STL you should split it to parts and then designate materials that will work with your printer and the temp requirements for each material!
Thanks for looking!
