Had a bit of a moment when I realized someone had laid 1" gray PVC conduit to a particular tight location… And I had pulled ¾" ENT to the other end of that same tight location… And the 1" PVC was now mostly encased in concrete (about 2" sticking out of the floor) and the ¾" ENT had significant sections covered in closed cell spray foam with drywall covering it. No big deal, right? Just get an adapter and glue it on… except I couldn't find an adapter solution that didn't involve converting 1" PVC to ¾" PVC (insert short length of ¾" PVC) and then putting a ¾" FNPT end on the ¾" PVC… then adding the ¾" ENT coupler on that yet. And that exceeded my available space of 5"…

Enter my 3d Printer, an hour of design work & some gray ABS… I did make this thread ¾" NPS instead of NPT - it won't seal, but I can thread my ENT coupler in without worrying about it getting tight at the wrong place. Overall length of the adapter is 2.5" (see dimension drawing), leaving me just enough room to piece these two conduits together… and saving me a lot of unnecessary labor destroying a wall/cutting studs and/or some concrete.

Yeah, this isn't the most elegant solution, but its working so far…
