This vase is the perfect addition to your home if you enjoy the low poly aesthetic.
There are two versions available:
The first version has an internal lip on the inside to prevent sloshing water from flying out during transport.
The second version has no lip on the inside to allow printing this vase using vase mode.
Tips for water tightness: Print hot and slow to ensure sufficient layer bonding, post processing with varnish like XTC3D to seal the model itself, if compatible vapor smoothing can help seal the model how ever i have not tried this.
Addendum: If you intent to print this model in vase mode the settings above are irrelevant.
If your machine is capable of high speed FDM/FFF printing It is recommended to tune Z seam settings before printing any version of this vase.
If you encounter curling at the seam I can recommend to slow down the print and if all else fails reduce temperatures. This does not apply to vase mode as the model itself is one smooth spiral.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
