This door/enclosure is designed to use minimum additional parts, and simply snaps together utilising the joints created by NeedItFixIt.

The joints snap together providing for a solid door. Tolerances are quite tight for this so make sure your printer is calibrated adequately for your chosen filament. If the joint appears a little tight, you may need to sand a little. If too loose, then you can apply a little glue as needed. Ideally the joints should just snap together with a satisfying click.

Enough space has been given so the delta dynamics for the toolhead should ideally never hit the door. I had issues with several doors that did not leave enough clearance.

Acrylic panel(s) 823mm height, 335mm width and 3mm thick.

The door should be compatible with the many other enclosures, but I printed three doors so I can open them for PLA as needed.

I have included the step file as the design is modular and should be able to be modified for the new v400 max readily enough.

I use two m2.5 bolts for each side of the hinge so 6 x m2.5 bolts are needed.

Depending on application you can use any material. I chose Sunlu PETG matte black for my enclosure.
