LTT Precision screwdriver bit set IKEA Skådis | T Nut System

The holder is compatible with the T Nut system for Skadis developed by @6d6178 and uses 2 T Nuts with M2.5 screws (12mm length / 14mm length).

This model prints cleanly in its provided orientation with no supports needed and works with any material. Example images show it printed in PLA with a 0.2mm layer height.

📃 Print Settings

  • Material: PLA tested, compatible with PETG or other filaments.
  • Layer Height: 0.2 mm (other heights also work).
  • Supports: None required.
  • Hardware Needed: 2 T Nuts and 2x M2.5 screws (if I remember correctly 12 or 14mm).

🛠 How to Use

  1. Print the holder in the provided orientation without supports.
  2. Insert 2 screws through the holes and attach one T Nut to each screw.
  3. Use the alignment guides on the back of the holder to position it accurately on the Skådis pegboard.
  4. Tighten the screws to secure the holder (avoid over-tightening).

Model origin

The author remixed this model.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

I made my own version using the T nut system, as this is just the superior mounting mechanism for skadis. More stable and better printability
