Prusa i3 Mk3: Display Cover

This display cover is designed for the Prusa i3 Mk3. It is great at protecting the screen as well as blocking the light it omits during those late night prints. This display cover complements a dial designed by burghking. His dial can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2785964

I made this design such that other creators can create their own knob for the cover if my design doesn't fit their needs. The opening at the bottom of the knob is a 3mm cube. If you create your own knob for my display cover please remix it so that other people can find your knob to use too!

Update 2020/09/27: Added a new display cover to match the dimensions of the redesigned Bear Frame v2.1 LCD frame. This cover is untested due to not having access to the Bear frame v2.1 LCD frame. Please let me know if adjustments need to be made in the comment thread on this listing.

Update 2020/10/26: Added a new display cover for the never version MK3S displays that are smaller then the origional design. If you have the smaller display print the MK3Sv2 Display Cover. Please let me know if adjustments need to be made in the comment thread on this listing.

Printed part shown was printed at .05 and 100% infill. I suggest a low resolution for the knob in order to have finer detail.

Post-Printing

Post print should require little to no cleanup - determined by the quality of print. Knob can be super glued onto cover plate for permanent installation.
