The rubber USB port cover (flap) on the top of my NZXT Phantom 820 was starting to disintegrate and I've always found it boring/ugly. This is a replacement that sits slightly recessed into the case. The clear TPU looks pretty nice and doesn't slide out too easily. dwg file included for additional modifications.

Filament: sain smart TPU, inland PLA TPU, PLA clear, black, silver

Notes:

Prints very easily and quickly because it's so thin. If you use TPU, be careful. I found it to print best at 70% speed. Remove from print bed around 50 degrees (easier than letting it cool down too much).
