The original Denso sensor went out. Reverse-engineered it so I could use the much more common Denso sensors from newer models that have the 5VZ-FE motor. Fits the 1995-1999ish models, mine was made for a T100.
You need
M6 het set inserts,
M4 heat set inserts
M4 x8mm (up to x12 should work)
Willingness to repin your connector or get an extension. I used a URD MAF harness extension and repinned it to fit my T100.
You'll need a Denso sensor that fits, one that would go on a V6 Tacoma or 4Runner year models, something like 2000-2004.
Mine is printed out of Siraya tech fiberheart ASA GF. There's plenty of material options, but I'd say PLA or the like is a bad choice inside the engine bay for long-term survivability. The gasket is TPU, but a different flexible material should also work.
