When printing the MMU3 unit (R4 version), I noticed that the 625 ball bearings in the idler have too much play and rattle.

A community member, “jurassic73,” had already thought about this and designed a new idler with 0.5 protrusions.

Since I had already printed my part, I didn't want to throw it away, so I printed washers made of PTEG.
d = 5.1mm
d2 = 9mm
h = 0.45mm
You must not forget to place the bearings in the correct order. Otherwise, you will have to do it again.
During installation, some grease was applied to the ball bearings to ensure that the PETG washers adhere when inserted. Have fun optimizing the MMU3 unit.
