Built for a Geekworm H402 passive cooler however the modular design allows it to be built naked with 15mm M2.5 standoff for top mount to pi board.
Emmc modular base edge allow having a standard sd card base or a emmc adapter enclosure.
It is important to print and use the 4mm spacers if you are using this enclosure with the Geekworm H402 cooler.
It can be used without the top and still proved drop damage resistance to the sd card/emmc and gpio pin bed which is what I wanted when the cooler weight was added
I have inset the connection area to prevent poor connections that I have had issues with using other printed cases
needed for pi enclosure:
with cooler - 4X M2.5 18 mm screw, 4X M2.5 5mm hex standoffs, 4x M2.5 5mm screws for top DON'T FORGET TO PRINT AND USE THE SPACERS between the board and the cooler
naked no cooler - 4X M2.5 12 mm screw, 4X M2.5 15mm hex standoffs, 4x M2.5 5mm screws for top
needed for emmc enclosure:
2 small zip ties 2X M2 10mm screws 2X M2 nuts
I added a version that uses a printable hook rather than zip ties, yout choice
