Modification of this awesome housing from @VladimirWaas_694872 for air quality sensor to accommodate additional sensors and external antenna. Designed to fit Laskakit I2C sensor board with breakout sensor part with 2x2 pin header footprint (e.g. SHT40, BMP280).  Hole for antenna will fit SMA connector (M6). Only modified part of the original design is btm_cover.stl



For easier sensor connection I designed small, simple extension PCB with two 2x2 pin socket connectors and two uŠup connectors.T he PCB is manufactured at 1 mm thickness, but this is not mandatory. Manufacturing data and Kicad project are included. To fit this PCB in different boxes/enclosures, negativ model of PCB with connectors and parts is also attached. This can be imported to PrusaSlicer as negative volume to cut necessary openings. 


Sensors are connected from the outside and covered by handy tinishield designed by @mnux_298325.

  • 1x btm_cover from this remix (.stl or .3mf)
  • 1x custom extension PCB, can be replaced with prototyping board (2.54 mm pitch)

  • 2x M3 threaded inserts (to mount tinyshield)

btm_cover changes:

  • Remove default holes for sensors 
  • Add second cutout for cables in divider of SEN54 and electronic compratment 
  • Add mounting holes (thread inserts) for tinyshield designed by @mnux_298325
  • Add cutouts and holes for two 2x2 pin sockets and custom PCB
