Disassemble the front horizontal standoff and run it through the dedicated hole. The two other holes should be aligned with the front-most screw holes on the top plate.
Suits the TPU mount that comes with the RunCam ThumbPro camera. Might work with other mounts as well, but not tested.
The GPS tray is 13mm wide which fits e.g. a small M10 GPS chip and its protective heat shrink tube (fixed with double sided tape. The camera blocks the GPU signal path somewhat, but it shouldn't be too much of an issue, and is probably better than at the rear like a lot of setup do.
I printed this from ClearFuse TPU 95A at 100% infill, but many plastic should work, including rigid — the GPS part does not need flexibility and the camera mount can provide enough flexibility to provide the benefits of soft mounting.
